Deep Tissue (Myofacial Release) Massage + Postural Analysis.

Unique deep tissue massage designed and developed by Annie Holmes following the myofascial continuities detailed in Thomas Myers book Anatomy Trains (published by Harcourt 2001)

The massage delivers a totally individual treatment. A complete postural assessment is carried out in order to evaluate where the restrictions and compensations in the fascial tissue lie which may be causing discomfort, stiffness and pain.

These restricted areas are specifically targeted to be worked on for greater structural balance and freedom of movement.
